Turning Interest Into Action
The Gamma Theta Chapter develops individuals professionally so they can gain the confidence and knowledge they need to attain a rewarding career. We’re committed to investing our expertise and resources in order to further achieve your development. Since November of 2018, we’ve been supporting our members in a variety of ways and measuring our success not by monetary size, but by more qualitative measurements such as the scale and effectiveness of the professionals we develop. Do faculty or outside entities have any influence over management of the Gamma Theta Chapter?
Answer: No
Can people join from outside of the college of business or from different majors?
Answer: Yes, but you must be a student at The University of Texas at El Paso
How can I be in a leadership position if they are all taken?
Answer: Joining and becoming a committed member to our organization will grant you opportunity in the future for officer positions as they become available and voting will take place. Although we are growing, our organization is small, and we adapt as we see fit. The more growth, the more the leadership team will need to grow. Also, as a member you can still lead committees and organize events to build your résumé.

The Prudential Risk Management Academy will ensure professional readiness by offering internship opportunities and real-world employment opportunities for students participating in the program that meet the requirements.
