A WORD FROM THE GAMMA THETA CHAPTER PRESIDENT

August 26, 2019

I am honored to be the GIS - Gamma Theta President for the 2019-2020 school year. I am a rising junior majoring in Finance with a concentration in Risk Management. This summer, I was part of a 10-week internship with Prudential Financial in Newark, NJ as an actuarial intern. I look forward to working with our members to ensure that those interested in serving in any functional area of the insurance industry can do so either through internship opportunities or full-time offers.

THE GIS ANNUAL CONFERENCE WAS A SUCCESS!

• Well-rounded chapter award; standing recognition

• Special Achievement Award (for achieving Well-Rounded Chapter in under a year of being chartered)

• The International Chapter Awards for Chapter Management and Gamma S.A.I.D. (Solutions for Authenticity, Inclusion, and Diversity).
